Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters
Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
Providing advice on legal matters.
Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
Reviewing legal material.
Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.

Requirements
Fluency in both Arabic and English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited law school
Excellent in reading drafting and communicating clearly in Arabic and English
Excellent command of Arabic and English language verbal and written
